Pandak Beach

Pandak Beach or more synonymous with Chandering Beach is one of the interesting places in Kuala Terengganu that you must visit. The location is located in the village area that connects the main Marang-Kuala Terengganu road. Its brick environment is the focus of many and often attracts the hearts of those with DSLRs. If you want to bathe on this beach, it is advised to first find out about the strength of the waves because this beach has quite strong whirlpools.

In the past this beach was very lively and was always visited by local people. In addition to coming with friends, this location is very suitable if you bring small children. This is because the shallow beach makes it safer to bathe. However, everything changed when a hotel was about to be built here. No more children chasing each other happily and the only closest place for the people of Kuala Terengganu to hang out while swimming with their families. The development work has already started and will be completed soon..

I found out about this beach from photos on the internet, I saw it where I ate it is a paradise for sunrise/iandscape photographers. At the corner of the beach, you may find some steep rocky ones and these are good places for photo shooting. However, at the time of my visit, several areas of work upgrading were being carried out.

This is not a tourist beach in my opinion and is only known by locals who are actually working on possible steps taken by the local authorities to promote this beach. The beach is close to the organic village which you have before reaching the beach.

This beach is clean and flat. Really nice place but don’t expect any facilities. I’m definitely going back to the beach one day and I hope it will stay clean.
